Mike Glasman isn't your average IT executive. As the founder and Managing Director of Vitalpoints IT Services, headquartered in Southern California, Mike built more than just a company—he crafted a culture. From day one, he focused on understanding real-world challenges and developing innovative IT solutions that are not only secure and scalable but also truly empower businesses to achieve their goals.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Mike's journey into technology started early. He attended The George Washington Carver High School of Engineering and Science, a magnet school renowned for its rigorous STEM curriculum. There, surrounded by like-minded peers, he discovered a passion for both technology and the business world. He earned a degree in Business and Management Information Systems (MIS), which gave him a rare blend of technical expertise and business acumen.
After college, Mike cut his teeth in the IT industry, working with giants including IBM, Dell, Microsoft, Cisco, HP, and VMware. These experiences gave him a front-row seat to the challenges faced by large enterprises—insights he later used to help small and medium-sized businesses punch above their weight.
In 2014, inspired by the volatility of corporate America and a burning desire for entrepreneurship, Mike took the leap. He left behind a successful career in corporate sales—where he'd racked up numerous sales awards—to launch Vitalpoints IT Services. For Mike, it wasn't about selling technology; it was about solving real business problems and helping clients navigate the ever-changing tech landscape.
Today, Mike's company stands out for its customer-centric approach. Vitalpoints doesn't push unnecessary upgrades or lock clients into rigid contracts.
